AnneMarie Ladlad is a community organizer with The National Alliance for Filipino Concerns (NAFCON) Northeast (NAFCON-NE), spearheading the Resource Mobilization committee, which is dedicated to mobilizing resources both monetary and in-kind to the Bayanihan Response to Covid-19 Effort.
Originally from Seattle, AnneMarie has found solace in the Filipino community here in the Northeast and has dedicated the majority of her time outside of her paid jobs to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the New York Filipino community. Though she’s a digital communicator and graphic designer by trade, what excites her most is building collective power amongst our kababayan here and at home.
